MFR-Setup Software

Use the free MFR-Setup Windows application to configure the module's internal timing functions, such as on-delay, clock generator, and pulse functions. The application stores the configuration in the module's EEPROM.

Functions

The following parameters can be set with the software:

1. Mode selection: Assign a function, such as an on-delay, to each of the eight output channels.
2. Timing: Set $t_1$ and $t_2$ in milliseconds, seconds, minutes, or hours.
3. Network (XEP only): Configure the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway of Ethernet modules.
4. Live diagnostics: View current input and output states during testing.

Establishing a Connection

1. Connect the module and apply the logic supply voltage (8–30 VDC).
2. Start MFR-Setup.exe.
3. Select the COM port for USB or RS-232, or enter the IP address for Ethernet.
4. Select Connect.

Note

The module retains its configuration and can operate autonomously after you disconnect the PC.
